A Floor Plan - Why do you need approval to change it?

Why? - Because it is the only document the Liquor Boards have to ensure all role players and the public know exactly where liquor may be sold and/or consumed.   That's way they pay so much attention to detail which seems totally unnecessary to all of us. 

Therefore - Liquor Boards take it very seriously if a holder of a liquor licence wants to change a licensed premises.   They want to know what you intend doing to the premises they approved, before you change it.
